Nitesh has over twenty-five years’ experience in finance, predominantly in the commodities sector, and particularly in mining and metals. As a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, he has worked primarily for family offices, dealing in all aspects of Finance including restructuring, trade finance, as well as M&A – including the purchase of a copper SXEW plant in Europe, as well as building one of the largest alumina suppliers into China.

Nitesh’s experience has a global footprint and covers a broad range of tax and international trade issues across many jurisdictions, as well as risk assessment and mitigation.
